今回、奈良県五條市にお住まいのＵ様邸の施工事例を紹介させて頂きます。
既存在来浴室からシステムバスへの入替工事です。

「マンション全改装」着工前お打合せ

現在のお住まいのマンションを子どもさんファミリーにお譲りになることになり、同じ大和高田市内でで中古マンションを購入されたKさま。

 

数年前に現在のご自宅マンションの改装を当社にご依頼いただいたご縁から、今回もお任せいただく運びとなりました。

 

本日はその改装前のマンションでのお打合せです。

 

 

前回の改装をとても気に入っていただいていたKさまの高ぶる期待に、プレッシャーのかかる稲垣。キッチンにこもって図面とにらめっこ中(笑)。 

 

 

閉塞感のあるキッチンを広げ、和室と一体感のある明るいLDKに生まれ変わる予定です。

川村の用意した図面やパースを見て、希望されていた対面キッチンが反映されていることにとてもお喜びのKさま。

 

 

 

時にたくさんのお孫さんで明るく賑わうであろう、この家のほんの少し先の未来。

その未来に思いを馳せるKさまの優しい眼差しが、とてもとても印象に残りました。

 

今月末には着工予定のKさま邸。

今から完成が楽しみです。

七夕の日の今日、日本総合ホームセンターのスタッフほぼ全員で

TOTOさんの新商品の勉強会に行ってきました！！

詳しく説明していただきました。

 

 

ほとんどのスタッフは既にこれら新商品を直近のショールームで穴があくほど下見済みですが、
