施工事例。

こんにちは。

今回の施工事例は、浴室を紹介致します。キッチン

 

古いタイプの浴槽からユニットバスに入替。風呂周りの柱は３本とも水腐れで傷んでいた為、土台と共に取替え。古く寒かった浴室が綺麗で快適な浴室になりました。

自宅兼店舗で長年食堂を経営していらっしゃったYさま。

 

この度、店舗だった1F部分を将来を見据えた居住スペースへとリフォームされることとなりました。

 

解体を終え、LDに干渉する間柱を撤去するために、梁型構造材を微調整しながらガッチリと天井に架けます‼!

 

 

 

無事に梁を掛け、間柱が取れる瞬間をご覧になっていた奥様が

「ちょっと悲しくなったわ・・・」

と少し寂しそうにご主人につぶやかれていました・・・

 

 

でも！！

桜の開花を追うように新居となる場所が完成していくのをご覧いただけるうちに、きっとドキドキワクワクしていただけることでしょう。

 

住まい手の使い勝手に細やかに配慮するリフォームで、多くの顧客様から厚い信頼を頂戴しているこちらの稲垣。

 

 

大工陣やパナソニックの担当さんと打ち合わせする傍ら、一人不自然に角材の上に腰かけています。

 

実は数日前にギックリ腰を発症。

結構、痛そうです・・・！！！
