垂れ壁※は、そのまま残しました。
※垂れ壁（たれかべ）…とは
「下がり壁」とも言い、天井から垂れさがった形状の壁のことです。
建築基準法では、天井面から50cm以上、下がったものを「防煙壁」と呼びます。
火災により発生する煙の拡散を防ぎ、避難を容易にする為の重要な一つです。
